SamOps uses a usage-based pricing model tied to your Managed Cloud Spend (MCS) — the total cloud spend tracked through the platform. Each plan has a base floor price, and the actual rate scales with your infrastructure. This means you pay in proportion to the value you get: the more cloud spend we help you manage, the more savings we surface.
SamOps currently supports AWS (via IAM access keys), Google Cloud Platform (via OAuth), Microsoft Azure (via tenant/client/subscription credentials), and Private Cloud environments through a custom API forwarding connector. Multi-cloud setups are fully supported — you can connect all your providers simultaneously and view costs in a unified dashboard.

Dahmen is SamOps's built-in FinOps AI assistant. Yes. Cloud credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow least-privilege principles — read-only IAM access is sufficient for cost data ingestion. SamOps does not store raw billing data beyond what's needed for analytics, and all data is processed within isolated tenant environments.
AI credits power advanced features like AI Code Review (which analyzes your GitHub repos for cloud cost implications) and AI PR Drafting. Credits are purchased as add-on bundles (S, M, L, XL) on top of any paid plan. Pay-as-you-go rates are $30/analysis run and $150/PR draft. Unused credits roll over within the same billing period.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your SamOps subscription at any time from the billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no lock-in contracts on Free, Pro, or Business plans.
